Diane Loughran, L.E. is an esthetician licensed by the state of Texas. She graduated with honors and also received extensive training with PCA, designers of advanced skin care systems.  Additional training in laser technology from Candela Laser Corporation, makers of Candela Lasers, places Diane steps above her counterparts in the industry.
